Nihonbashi Blue is an offshoot of Sri Lanka’s acclaimed Nihonbashi, ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants (2013–2018). Created by Half-Japanese Half-Sri Lankan chef and restaurateur Dharshan Munidasa, the restaurant serves ‘Real Japanese Cuisine’, featuring an outdoor teppanyaki, private dining space and a dedicated sushi counter.
