- Brief Description of the Role:
Oversee the daily operation of the Destination Marketing team and work alongside the Cluster Director of MARCOM on Global Sales & Marketing, develop SOPs, guide and share with Destination Marketing Team, and actively engage in the development of annual brand and marketing communications plan that reflects the properties and CROSSROADS Destination Marketing business, revenue & strategic objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
Oversee public relations, media relations, and in-market media events with a focus to drive destination awareness and traffic. Manage contracted PR Agency coverage and their scope of work to include but not limited to:
- Press release, media outreach, clipping report
- In-market media gathering
- Media trips
- Award participation
- Manage local PR coverage and media relations
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of MACOM principles and practices is a plus.

- Brief Description of the Role:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Head of the Cluster Director of Sales, the Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for growing and generating business from emerging markets and industries and developing new accounts for the hotel.
- Key Responsibilities:
The Cluster Sales Manager assists the Head of the Director of Sales in the day-to-day sales activities of the Sales Managers and the implementation of the sales activity plans as set forth in the hotel’s marketing plan to achieve the budgeted revenue.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in managing a team of sales representatives.
- Deep understanding of the industry, DMCs, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs, develop sales plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Analytical skills to analyze sales data, market trends, and other information to develop effective sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Time management skills with the ability to manage priorities, delegate tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using various software programs, sales tracking tools, and other technologies that support the sales process.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work irregular hours, travel frequently and deal with unexpected challenges.
